Eligibility to Purchase / Purchase Entitlement:
In order to make purchases through this site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details; providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details, representing and warranting that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you can confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Modifications or Withdrawals:
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, this website and/or our conditions, prices or the design of illustrated designs with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any modifications to or withdrawal of the website, our conditions, prices or illustarted designs. Please note that changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law. If you do not agree to any of these conditions you must immediately stop using the website.
Orders / Checkout:
All orders made are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.
Payment can be made by PayPal using your: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, and Maestro debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by 'First.' and upon confirmation that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to 'First.', we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Please note that items in your 'Shopping Basket' are not reserved and may therefore be purchased by other customers.
In the event that an item is unavailable you may register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected item/s not held in stock. Please email , advising the name of the item which can be found in the shop.
All orders are shipped within 2 days of being placed, to be recieved within 5 days of ordering.
Orders under 2kg are usually shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class, and orders over 2kg shipped via APC/Team C courier service for next day delivery. All order go out for delivery by 3PM, orders placed after then will go out on the following day.
Dispatch & Receipt of Goods:
'First.' insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.
A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at the given delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by 'First.' and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, 'First.' are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes and we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising from or any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices. Due to any such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.
Returns & Exchanges:
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchases, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt to discuss. Please note that claims made outside of this period will be deemed to comply with the quality and quantity within the terms of contract. Refunds are based on the price you paid less the original postage charge.
You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted in the delivery note at the time of delivery.
